PGPF on Capitol Hill: Michael Peterson testifies before Senate Budget Committee

Today, Peterson Foundation President & CEO Michael A. Peterson testified before the Senate Budget Committee on ways to reform the federal budget process.

Mr. Peterson highlighted three key areas of budget reform that would help lawmakers focus on long-term fiscal solutions: adding a long-term focus; setting medium- and long-term fiscal targets; and strengthening policy enforcement.
